With the retirement announcement of Justice Stephen Breyer, President Biden will now have the opportunity to follow through on his promise to appoint the first Black woman ever to serve on the Supreme Court.
And that is causing the GOP to lose their minds.

Florida’s incredible governor and my husband, Ron DeSantis, spends every waking hour protecting the Sunshine State from the Biden Administration’s relentless attacks on our freedom.
Just this week, Joe Biden announced that each state will get federal funding to improve bridges and infrastructure, which is important to keep our families safe. But in a move that many are calling spiteful, the administration is only giving Florida a fraction of the funds they’re giving blue states.

Governor DeSantis has been very vocal that this is just another example of the Biden Administration short-changing Florida because he will not conform to their expectations. Looking back, had the governor lost the election, Florida would have fallen to the whims of the Democrats in 2018, our state would just be another California, New York, or Michigan.
