The Radical Left is FURIOUS Trump’s Conservative Supreme Court Majority just overturned Roe v. Wade! Now, 150,000+ radicals signed on to IMPEACH Clarence Thomas.
President Trump worked so hard to give us a Conservative Majority in the Supreme Court and now it’s in SERIOUS JEOPARDY!
If Democrats impeach Clarence Thomas, make no mistake, they will replace him with a far-Left activist judge who will greenlight on-demand abortion, restrict your gun rights, and infringe on our religious freedoms.

The Fall of Our Republic
August 8, 2022 will be remembered as truly an historic day, and for absolutely wrong reasons. For years, the Left has used violence, intimidation, and the long arm of the police state to silence and destroy their political enemies. What occurred on “8/8” represents the latest and most shameful effort to show the lengths that the Deep State will go through to protect Joe Biden and the democrat party. Over the past six years, the Left has engaged in a constant effort to dismantle our republic. Let’s review.
It has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Hillary Clinton deleted over 30,000 classified emails government, destroyed government cell phones and possessed classified information on her private email server regarding the 2012 terrorist attack that lead to the death of four Americans in a diplomatic compound in Benghazi. At no point was Clinton indicted, or her home raided by 30 armed agents. Indeed, the FBI did nothing at all.
In 2015, the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) invented a treasonous plot claiming that Donald Trump was a Russian asset. A report by Special Counsel John Durham conclusively established that the Hillary Clinton campaign paid a tech company to spy on Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign and continued to spy on him while he was the sitting President to bring fake information to the Department of Justice to push the debunked and baseless Russia-collusion hoax. The FBI even wiretapped a Trump foreign policy advisory and later admitted to using the (very obvious) fake Steele dossier as a backdoor to conduct the illegal surveillance. Hillary has never been charged with a crime. Rules for thee, not for me.
In 2020, a group of men from Michigan were arrested for supposedly plotting to kidnap Michigan Governor Whitmer. Governor Whitmer had portrayed herself as a victim of a horribly dangerous potential kidnapping and blamed it all on President Trump during the 2020 presidential campaign. Almost every participant in the “plot” was either an FBI agent or an FBI informant. It turns out that the men had been entrapped by an undercover FBI operation in yet another attempt to interfere in an election and sabotage President Trump’s re-election campaign.
For more than two years, the FBI has been in possession of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop. Hunter Biden is not just Biden’s son; he was on the “payroll” of Ukrainian corporations who were largely buying influence in the Obama White House with then Vice President Biden. President Trump calls it the “laptop from hell” because of its contents – extreme and vile pornography, drug use and corruption. The laptop contains a trove of evidence of illegal activities by Joe Biden and his son, yet 51 intelligence spies – all democrat operatives, fraudulently claimed with no evidence that the laptop was Russian “disinformation.”
In fact, those 51 “intelligence” agents and FBI operatives were lying and engaged in disinformation themselves. They successfully brow beat the media from reporting on the heinous contents and illegality of the Biden family. It is a major scandal unprecedented in the annals of our history, yet the FBI has not raided the home of Hunter Biden. According to highly credible whistle-blowers, the FBI schemed to prevent any further investigation of Hunter Biden’s laptop before the 2020 presidential election, when Joe Biden was in the homestretch of his campaign.
More recently, the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division has labelled conservative parents as “domestic terrorists” and are investigating them for questioning school COVID-19 pandemic policies. In just one example, a father who opposed masking school children was investigated for fitting the profile of an “insurrectionist and an individual who rails against the government.” If that’s not enough, the Biden regime ordered the DOJ to prosecute parents concerned about deviant sexual and absurd anti-white racial indoctrination in public schools.
Ironically in 2017, the FBI deliberately classified the assassination attempt against Representative Scalise and other Republican members of Congress practicing baseball for a charity game as a “suicide” attempt. It was, in fact, leftist domestic terrorism. The assassin was an active Bernie Sanders supporter and committed communist. It took the FBI to be publicly shamed into changing the false label from “suicide” to “domestic terrorism.”
The New York Times disclosed in September 2021, that at least two FBI informants had attended the January 6riot in Washington, DC. The FBI remains completely silent on its role or involvement at the riot. We do know that the bogus Select Committee investigating the January 6 riot reviewed documents demonstrating the FBI’s complete failure to prevent violence that day, or warn lawmakersor other law enforcement noting “the documents, committee aides and other officials familiar with them, shed new light on questions that have been only partly answered so far, including what intelligence came into the FBI, in the weeks before Jan. 6, why no formal bulletin was issued and why more wasn’t done to make sure the Capitol Police understood and were prepared for the gravity of the threat.”
So many high-profile supporters of Donald Trump are being unjustly prosecuted by the DOJ and harassedby the January 6 Committee, from Roger Stone to Peter Navarro to John Eastman. Navarro, a mild mannered trade economist, was deemed such a threat to the republic that he needed ankle chains. More than 18 months have passed since the January 6 riot, yet countless political prisoners continue to be held in jail, including many for non-violent crimes, such as trespassing. Our founding documents outlined thoughtful provisions for the equal application of justice, due process, access to counsel, and a speedy trial, with no exceptions, unless you support Donald Trump and America First. Justice has been torn.
A new Trafalgar poll shows that 80% of Americans believe we have a two-tiered justice system, and for good reason. The conduct of the FBI is unprecedented. Whether you are a democrat, Republican, conservative or liberal you should be deeply concerned about the misapplication of the rule of law. Sadly, today there is no equal application of the law and it has been on full display by the FBI and Department of Justice ever sense Donald Trump entered the political arena and dared to make America great again.
Donald Trump once said, “they are coming after me because they are coming after you.” His words ring truer today than ever before. Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray made the decision to raid the home a former president and Biden’s chief political rival. It appears, at the time of this writing, that this search was pretextual and the alleged wrongdoing is either trivial or non-existent. This has never occurred before in the history of the United States. Joe Biden is purposely dragging this country through hell. There is no justification whatsoever for sending 30 brownshirt FBI agents for a pre-dawn raid of President Trump’s home.
We must rip the corruption out of government and that starts with dismantling the FBI. I don’t say that lightly. Like you, I was raised at a time when the FBI was valued as an upright institution working for the good of the country. It has been apparent for years, many years, that is not true, and may never have been true. The FBI has turned into a domestic surveillance agency that attacks and monitors honest citizens and harasses people based on their politics. This cannot be allowed any longer. I will support any effort to disband and defund the FBI. State police forces have the resources and skill to address actual crime in their states and don’t engage in political persecution. The Founders envisioned a republic where the rule of law and equal justice were pillars of our nation. Today, those pillars have been demolished and we are witnessing a post-Constitution America where the tactics of the Deep State thuggery are repeatedly used to intimidate, silence and destroy their political opposition.
The Deep State overreached on August 8th and there is a reckoning coming. The weaponization of the federal government against President Biden’s political rivals cannot go unchecked.
Rep. Gosar Votes Against Plan to Raise Taxes on Americans
As every family in my district is suffering from the highest inflation in 40 years, I strongly opposed democrats’ radical spending bill, the misleadingly titled Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. Last week I wrote extensively in my newsletter about their plan and this week the democrats in the House of Representatives made their priorities clear: they are not for the American people.
The democrats’ $740 billion spending binge does nothing to reduce inflation, but it will hike taxes on millions of Americans earning less than $200,000 a year. In fact, the nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation reports that that tax rate for every single income category will increase, including Americans earning as little as $20,000 a year.
If that wasn’t bad enough, the bill includes more than $80 billion to weaponize 87,000 new IRS agents to harass and spy on hardworking Americans and come after your money. The IRS will now have more employees that the Pentagon, State Department, FBI and the Border Patrol combined.
Highlighting the lunacy of this bill, it also includes $370 billion to be doled out to implement asinine “Green New Deal” policies including funding to develop diets that prevent cows from passing gas. Excuse me? Inflation remains at a 40 year high, the economy is in a recession, our Border Patrol agents lack the resources, to defend our southern border, veterans are struggling to find timely access to healthcare and our homeless population goes ignored yet democrats saw fit to fund a program that stops cows from farting. I don’t mean to be crass, but these are the priorities of the radical leftists in Congress.
As promised, I voted against this lunacy. You can click here to read my press release.
IRS May Get 87,000 New Agents to Harass Americans
A bit more on those 87,000 new IRS agents I mentioned above. The democrats and the Biden Regime have tried to conceal the fact that 87,000 new tax agents will comprise a larger police force than the border patrol and Department of Homeland Security combined. Why do democrats want this? Because they intend to audit everyone, no matter how little you make, with expensive audits and threaten people with jail if they think you owe more in taxes. Sadly, the senate already passed this bill and Biden plans to sign it, so we must wait until we retake the White House in 2024 to undo this monstrosity.
For some perspective, seen here is State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, it can seat 63,400 fans. It won’t even hold all the IRS agents the democrats are getting ready to hire.
Under IRS rules, you are essentially presumed guilty and you must prove your innocence in an audit. They are time consuming, and you may need an accountant and tax lawyer to help, so they are expensive too. This will amount to pure harassment of the working class in this country. Anyone making over $20,000 a year is at risk of harassment.
Here are the facts:
Ultimately, if democrats didn’t want to audit middle class Americans, they could’ve voted for a Republican amendment to ensure just that. But they refused. Why? Because sending the government after you is the whole point.
Inflation Remains at 40-Year High
This week the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that the Consumer Price Index soared in July by 8.5% compared to last year, the highest levels in 40 years. This marks the 16th straight month that inflation has been above 5%. Demonstrating once again how out of touch he is, Joe Biden celebrated the record high by saying “Today, we have received news that our economy had 0% inflation in the month of July.” Sorry, Joe, wrong again. Facts are stubborn things. Let’s review: inflation was at 1.4% when Biden took office in January 2021. In June 2022 it was 9.1%, May 2022 it was 8.6%, April 2022 it was 8.5%, March 2022 it was 7.9%. I guess in Joe’s alternate reality congratulations are in order. The fact is, Biden’s relentless attack on working-class Americans is showing no signs of slowing down but don’t stress: congress just voted to spend three quarters of a billion dollars more to make it worse.
It’s Mail Time!
I love hearing from you and you guys do not disappoint! I get thousands of letters every month. In fact, last month I received more than 9,100 letters and so far this year I have already received over 53,000 letters! That’s a lot of mail. Here are few letters I received this week:
Julie P. from Kingman wrote:
Representative Gosar, this is my first time ever contacting a representative, to my shame. Want you to know that I am praying for you to uphold our God given Constitution along with the Bill of Rights. I am heartbroken over the direction our Nation has been taking by the Left, which is bent on destroying our history and our beliefs bringing us closer to communism. I pray you are working diligently in not folding to the tactics of the Left but am pursuing the truth in upholding our sovereignty as a Nation under God. Thank you for your time. God bless.
Dear Julie, thanks so much for your prayers. I can’t disagree with you but rest assured that I will fight with all my might to protect and defend our Constitution.
Randall W. from San Tan Valley shared the following:
Reject the so-called “Inflation Reduction Act”. It won’t fix inflation. It won’t reduce the deficit. It won’t make healthcare more affordable. It won’t increase energy supply. It will raise taxes. It will hurt the American people. I know that you agree, but I just wanted you to know you have my support.
Dear Randall – All I can say isAMEN!
Donald C. from Kingman shared this about my amazing staff:
I would like to Thank you and Mr. Jeffrey Timms for your help and support. In Feb. 2021 I came down with Covid 19 and medical professionals gave me very little chance of surviving. We beat those odds, but it has rendered me unable to support my family and the medical issues that continue to bring financial burdens to us. We filed a disability claim which was denied because of non-medical qualifications. Due to the illness, I was unable to deliver the qualifications within the timeline required. That is when we contacted your office and met with Mr. Timms.
Paul this man has worked his magic within the system making them understand the reasons for the delays. Today, we received word that our prayers have been answered, Mr. Timms called with the good news, our claim has been approved and our struggles and sacrifices have been given reason!
Without your office’s help we would never have gotten here. Mr. Timms has been a god send for us and has stood for what is right. Thank You!
Dear Donald, thanks for the update. I have amazing staff and am so pleased that we were able to assist you.
Rosemary M. from Scottsdale didn’t have much good to share:
Your lies and gross exaggerations would be humorous, except that the ignorant people who support you actually believe your drivel. Thank God the majority of Americans realize that you are ludicrous. There will always be some crazies who are conned by you.
Rosemary has been in the sun too long in Scottsdale. Bless her heart.
Jason P. from Chandler was all sorts of fired up:
You and your sick colleagues are disgusting and a disgrace to our state. I can’t wait to vote you out. F#&k you!!!
Well Jason, like most leftist democrats, you are full of hate and anger. One day you will find peace in your heart. Also, you can’t “vote me out” because you live in Chandler, which is not in my district. PS – did I mention that I just won my primary with 66% of the vote? Slightly less than my historic average of 70% but real Americans support me overwhelmingly.
