Dear Rj,
Following the Arizona Supreme Court’s ruling to uphold the draconian 1864 total abortion ban, Arizonans across the state are rightfully outraged and looking to take action.

Two of the Justices who upheld the ban, Clint Bolick and Kathryn King, will be on the ballot in November for retention elections.
Their dangerous ruling mandates 2-5 years of prison time for anyone who helps someone access an abortion. By making abortion illegal in nearly all circumstances, this law endangers countless Arizonans who are pregnant or considering starting a family, forcing them into potentially life-threatening situations without necessary medical recourse.
The Arizona Supreme Court’s ruling is completely out of line with the majority of people in our state who support abortion access. Sign the pledge to vote NO on Justices Clint Bolick and Kathryn King.
Since Arizona became a state, our voters have always had the right to hold judges and justices accountable through retention elections. This voter power is written into our state’s constitution and ensures that the judiciary serves its true purpose – upholding justice and protecting Arizonans, not personal or political agendas.
Clint Bolick’s and Kathryn King’s decision to uphold the near-total abortion ban does not meet these standards.
In this extraordinary circumstance, the removal of these judges is our civic duty. Take action now.
In solidarity,
Abigail Jackson
