Hayner is excited to introduce our very first Barrel Proof Bourbon. In true Hayner fashion, you get to choose your favorite from four distinct barrel proof bourbons! You’re invited to sample each one, and once you’ve found your favorite, you can pour and label your own bottle, enjoying the uncut and unfiltered flavor straight from the barrel. Join us at Hayner on Thursdays and Fridays from 12-5, and Saturdays from 12-3, to savor each unique barrel and take home a personalized bottle. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Which Barrel Will You Select?

We have curated four exceptional bourbons for you to select from. Enjoy an uncut, unfiltered bourbon straight from the barrel by pulling the tap yourself. You can also cork and label your own bottle. If Rye Whiskey is more your style, we offer a Barrel Proof Rye with the same experience. Our Barrel Proof Bourbon and Rye are priced at $89.95, ranging between 5 to 10 years and 110 to 123 proof.
