Dear gentleman,
Excellence is all about being the best, trying to improve. Everyday.
Perhaps you have an ‘off-day’ so now and then, but you keep your eyes on the prize.
The journey from ordinary to extraordinary can be bumpy. But it will be worth it.
When you benchmark your achievements, you will thrive and flourish.
And excellence is possible in all fields of life.
Strive for excellence:
1. Perfection vs excellence? There is a thin line between perfection and excellence. When you are aiming for perfection, the pressure will bring along mistakes. When you strive for excellence, your mind will be at ease, accepting that mistakes might occur.
2. Your USPs: Tell me 3 of your Unique Selling Points. What skills do you possess? Find out what your strong assets are and build your capabilities around them.
3. Listen and learn. You might not be the best in your field (yet). Have an open mindset and be willing to learn from others. Share your knowledge with others and be open to feedback.
4. Understand your goal. Write down your KPI’s. Where do you want to stand in a few months/years? All the actions you take will lead to achieving your goals.
5. Reality check yourself. I understand. It’s hard to strive for excellence and to be the best version of yourself. Sometimes you don’t succeed. In this case: try to improve the next day and give it your best.

Gosar Earns 92% rating from the American Conservative Union
PRESCOTT, AZ – Congressman Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-04) issued the following statement after receiving a 92% conservative rating from the American Conservative Union (ACU).
“I am once again proud to receive a 92% rating by the ACU. The ACU is a conservative organization that focuses on holding members of Congress accountable for their voting record. As a staunch ally of President Trump and a strong conservative, this rating by the ACU reflects wholeheartedly the conservative principles by which I was elected.
Since being elected to Congress, I have maintained at 93.23% lifetime rating by the ACU. I hope people will look closely at this score to see for themselves my voting record on many important issues. I am thankful that the ACU recognizes my conservative track record, and I applaud them for their continued leadership on conservative values,” said Rep. Paul Gosar.
