Ahh, Mother’s Day. A day when we thank our moms for all the love they give us, the tears they shed over us, the cooking, the cleaning, spotting us a few bucks when we were broke and helping us figure out our homework while baking two dozen cookies for the bake sale we “forgot” about. You did get mom a gift, right?

Well in case you forgot, no need to panic. You could take her out for dinner and a movie.

Oh, all mom’s favorite restaurants are booked? Well, Peter Piper Pizza is selling heart-shaped pizzas this weekend for Mother’s Day. While you’re there you could try one of the restaurant’s new, limited-time-only flavors.

Hmm, mom’s not in the mood for pizza or going out.

Ooo. Ooo. Better idea. You take the kids out for pizza and a movie and leave mom at home with a box of chocolates, a bottle of wine, a bunch of flowers, take out from her favorite restaurant and Netflx. Ahhh, sweet silence … for about an hour.
