Maricopa officials are investigating after a chlorine leak at the Province Community Recreation Center pool sent four people, including a firefighter, to the hospital Wednesday morning. HAZMAT teams were called in to contain the leak. A total of 11 people where treated at the center for symptoms from the leak.
