We hope you are staying safe on your morning commute to work, especially after it was reported that there were multiple crashes on Interstate 10 earlier this morning. Two wrecks, both involving semi trucks, resulted in three deaths on I-10.

In lighter news, the Arizona City Golf Club will be celebrating their one-year anniversary next week. After being closed for nearly two years due to renovations, the community golf course has been revitalized and has become the go-to gathering place for AZ City residents.

And in Florence, the town’s community library will be renamed to honor the life of a former librarian. Viney Jones, who died in 2001, dedicated her life to maintaining the town library. Now, her legacy will live on for generations.
