At Children’s National Hospital, I always see dads showing up in incredible ways for their kids. Mia’s dad Ivan comes to mind.

When kids teased Mia because of her growth disorder, Ivan searched the world for the care she needed. He brought Mia from Croatia to Children’s National for a clinical trial. The study helped Mia grow in stature and confidence!
