Winemaker’s Notes
The blend for the 2019 is 56% Merlot, 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot and was barrel aged for 19 months in 33% American oak.
Red cherry, blackberry, dried savory herbs, with subtle hints of vanilla and baking spices on the nose. Polished fore palate with ample fine grain tannins on a generous mid palate. Layered and complex with fresh berries and spices. Lingering finish framed by bright acidity.
