| 38-year-old Eliyahu Marian lost his wife four years ago to cancer. Tragically, in the process, he lost his dignity too.
Eliyahu and his 5 children share a bedroom in a barely habitable apartment.
Eliyahu’s close friend shared his inside view of the family:
“This is something unheard of today. Eliyahu sleeps together with all his children because he can’t afford to move.
Eliyahu is an amazing father, and his happy children are proof. He worked so, so hard to make sure there is a fun atmosphere in the home, but he can’t give them some of their basic needs.
The children are embarrassed by their living conditions, they can’t bring friends into their room because they don’t want them to see their father’s bed.
They lost their mother at such a young age. Let them at least have their dignity now.
A critical campaign is running to give the Marians better living conditions. It took Eliyahu 4 years to speak up. Now that he’s asking, please listen!
