It’s Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes and I have updates for you.

We sued to stop Trump’s insane tariffs, which are taxes on you and every other American, and the Court of International Trade sided with us.

With my fellow AG in Oregon, and the support of 10 other Democratic AGs, we challenged Trump’s emergency declaration that he claimed allowed him to impose economy-wrecking tariffs, and we won! Then, a federal court temporarily reinstated the tariffs. This isn’t over, and we will continue to fight these tariffs all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.
