MPC Warsen is retired from the United States Navy, where he completed two tours with SEAL teams.
He spent his first years conducting service training and conditioning in preparation to deploy with the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command, where he specialized in apprehension, tracking, and explosive detection.
MPC Warsen was highly recognized by his team members who served alongside of him for his loyalty, dedication, commitment, and obedience while serving overseas during the Global War on Terrorism. His courage and commitment to his unit led to the safe returns of his team members.
After years of loyal service, MPC Warsen retired in April of 2022 and now enjoys a peaceful life at home with his assistant handler, sharing this next chapter with fellow veteran and friend, MPC Tundra.
Now facing health challenges like wobbler disease and arthritis, MPC Warsen continues to be supported by the love of his family and the generosity of Redbarn partner, Project K-9 Hero, which is covering all of his medical care so he can enjoy a more comfortable retirement. His Navy family is deeply grateful for the care he receives—because to them, he’s far more than a service dog…he’s family!
