The deadline to pre-order is May 30, 2025. Items will be available to be picked up when you arrive at the SABR convention. We cannot ship any pre-ordered items after the convention. New purchases will not be available on-site; the merch table is for pre-ordered items only.

Please note: The cut-off date to book your room at the SABR group rate is May 30, 2025. The hotel offers a free 24/7 hotel shuttle to and from Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport.
