They provide the opportunity for people of all ages and from all backgrounds to learn, communicate and participate in their communities – and they must be protected at all costs.

However, GOP state lawmakers are trying to destroy these hubs of public education by BANNING books, DEFUNDING public libraries and turning them into a BATTLEFIELD for their ideological culture war.
