Disgrace

What a disgrace.

Florida State University recently suffered a shooting that killed two people and injured six. This is FSU’s second shooting.

But when a reporter asked Trump what he’d do to stop more violence, he refused to take action — saying “this has been going on for a long time.”

Jane, there’s a reason why mass shootings have been going on for a long time: It’s because politicians like him would rather take cues from the NRA than actually get things done.

In fact, his administration is working to roll back all the work we’ve accomplished to reduce gun violence — and threatening to investigate any state that stands in his way.

If Trump and his cronies refuse to act, then we must build a movement to elect leaders who *will.* Please chip in $3 to GIFFORDS PAC today.

This isn’t the time for political cowardice. Not when gun violence is the leading cause of death for American children and young people.

Thank you for fighting alongside us.

👋 Wait, before you scroll away! 🇺🇸

Right now, the Trump admin is working to gut millions of dollars in mental health and community violence intervention resources.

This is cruel and wrong. Americans deserve action — not more political games. We are working to stand up against these cuts, but we need you.

If you care about protecting our kids and communities from gun violence, please make a donation of any amount to GIFFORDS PAC today.
