What I really love about this wine is the ‘New World’ style that balances with the old world charm of Bordeaux. Meaning that there is plenty of fresh, ripe and concentrated fruit that is complemented by the subtle oak, those terroir accents and silky, chalky tannins. A true crowd pleaser on all levels.

When our tasting panel sampled this, we had this pegged as a $35-40 Bordeaux, and actually had it pegged as a Saint Emilion Grand Cru! We weren’t that far off as vineyards are just on the edge of Saint Emilion for this Right Bank Beauty! So when we found the price that we could scoop it up for, we took as much as we possibly could (which unfortunately wasn’t close to the amount we really wanted, as this is another small production effort). So we are offering this incredible 92-Pt Cellar Selection Bordeaux for Under $20 a bottle, and even LESS by the Case!!
