This email will allow you to vote in SABR’s 2025 Board of Directors election. This year, SABR members will vote for the election of the SABR Board President and two (2) Directors positions.

When you vote, please rank the candidates in order of preference, with 1 being your top choice. SABR elections use a simplified preferential voting system, allowing voters to rank their preferred candidates 1-2-3 and transferring preferences until a winner with more than 50 percent of votes is achieved.

You can submit write-in candidates by clicking the “Submit Write-in” button below the candidates’ names. You can change your vote up to three times. Only the final vote will be counted. Voting will be open until 11:59 p.m. MST on Wednesday, May 7. You will receive one more email with voting links before that time.

Before your vote is formally submitted, you will see a screen asking you to confirm that the vote as it appears is as you intended.

After you vote, you will get a confirmation email.

Your vote is confidential. The Tellers Committee will be able to see that you voted, but not whom you voted for.
