We’re thrilled to announce a new tool to enhance your wellness journey: the Trilogy-specific Technogym app. The app combines a number of benefits that can assist in planning, tracking, and measuring whatever goals you’ve set for yourself. Best of all? It’s completely free to you, just by virtue of living in a Trilogy community.
So what exactly does the app offer?
Wellness-on-the-Go: Access a vast library of expert-led Technogym workouts anytime, anywhere. This service is typically provided as part of a paid subscription with Technogym. However, for Trilogy Members, that subscription fee is waived.
Personalized Goals: Set custom goals and track your progress with ease.
Wellness Age & Activity Tracking: Monitor your activity levels and understand your overall well-being with the Technogym Checkup.
Seamless Equipment Integration: Connect directly to our onsite Technogym equipment for a personalized workout experience.

Ready to go? You can download the Trilogy Technogym app today by using the custom QR code shown below (desktop) or clicking the link directly below the QR code (mobile). Or you can visit the Wellness section of MTL and select “Technogym App Links” from the menu. From there, you’re a simple scan away.

Q: Are there any costs to the app?
A: Typically, yes. But due to the long-standing relationship between Trilogy and Technogym, all Members in all communities are being provided complimentary access to the app and its features.
Q: Do I have to provide a credit card?
A: Absolutely not.
Q: What are the primary benefits of the app?
A: The two features we expect most people will enjoy is the Wellness-on-the-Go programming and the custom feedback from the Technogym Checkup experience.
Q: Is this worth the effort?
A: You’ll have to make that choice, but for a couple minutes on the app store, you’ll be potentially opening up a world of content, coaching, and insight. That seems like a fair trade.
Q: What if I already have the My Wellness app?
A: Our understanding is that all previous versions of Technogym apps will be migrating to the new Technogym app platform, and that in that migration, existing data will transfer as well. This may have already happened.
