Javier Munoz, 34, has been taken into custody for allegedly being involved in the death of Jesse Sainz-Camacho. The teen’s body was located shortly after Christmas Day 2022 in a rural area about 15 miles north of Shea Boulevard. Sainz-Camacho was kidnapped a few days earlier by armed men who broke into a Phoenix residence.
