In an effort to provide a single clearinghouse of information for all things related to Wellness, MTL’s navigation has been subtly redesigned. You will now see “Wellness” as part of the main navigation, and when you click Wellness, you’ll enter an ever-evolving My Wellness Journey section on MTL.

2025 Fitness Subscriptions Now Available!
The 2025 fitness class subscriptions link is now available. As a reminder, there are three sources for additional information:
- The new My Wellness Journey section on MTL, which is available here. This new area of the site provides a nice overview of the options available and the process.
- The 2025 Fitness Menu, which is available here. This document provides more detail on the options available.
- Your local fitness team, who is always excited to help.
Wondering whether now is the time to sign up? We’ve got a little incentive available to everyone who signs up in December. As part of our new partnership with Hyperice, we have new Hypervolt Go 2 percussion massage guns that we will be sending to a randomly-selected enrollee from each community. The drawing will take place in January, and we will make sure the Hypervolts are sent to the winners in time for use during “New Year, New You”.

Please note that we will be including all the existing class pass subscribers who are being renewed automatically unless we are notified otherwise. If you do not intend to renew in 2025, we would be disappointed but understand. Please be sure to let your local team know by the end of December.
2025 Subscription Options
There may be subtle differences in certain communities, but the new offerings are as follows:
NEW! TECHNOGYM-LED CLASSES, TECHNOGYM WELLNESS-ON-THE-GO, AND TECHNOGYM VISIO ACCESS | COMPLIMENTARY, NO SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
The classes facilitated via the new Technogym Kiosk system are complimentary for all Members. These are scheduled in the Club, and labeled as “Technogym-led” on the calendar. Furthermore, thanks to the universal subscription we’ve purchased on behalf of our Members, the entire library of Technogym instruction is available at your leisure via the Technogym app (referred to as “Technogym Wellness-on-the-Go”). Finally, all Members will be able to access the new Technogym Visio personal training module, available at the clubs.
Wellness-on-the-Go content is available right away by using the links on the My Wellness Journey section on MTL. For the remainder of the equipment, it is in route from Technogym and expected to arrive and be ready for use in January 2025.
INDIVIDUAL ANNUAL CLASS PASS | $395 | $215 with SilverSneakers®*
Attend unlimited in-person classes ranging from yoga, Pilates, strength, and much more. This pass is valid for one year beginning January 1st and renews automatically unless the Club is notified before the end of the year.
INDIVIDUAL MONTHLY CLASS PASS | $45 | $30 with SilverSneakers*
Attend unlimited in-person classes. This pass is valid for one month, and available starting at the first of each month. The Monthly Pass is paid at the beginning of the month and renews automatically unless the Club is notified before the end of the month.
ADD A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, ANNUAL OR MONTHLY
A second Member in the household may be added to the class pass for an additional 50% payment. SilverSneakers and other eligible insurance-backed preferred pricing adjustments are made in full, as applicable. For clarity, the second household Member is $197.50 annually or $22.50 monthly; if they are enrolled with an insurance-backed partnership like SilverSneakers, those costs are adjusted to $107.50 annually or $15 monthly.
HOUSEHOLD AND GUESTS 10-CLASS BUNDLE | $75
Host yourself and friends and family with the preferred pricing of the 10-class transferable bundle. Class passes expire at the end of the calendar year following the year they are issued.
À LA CARTE IN-PERSON INSTRUCTOR CLASS PARTICIPATION | $10
Pay-as-you-go with our à la carte class option.
INFINITY CLASSES | COMPLIMENTARY with SilverSneakers*
Select classes each week are identified as “Infinity” classes and are complimentary for all Members enrolled with SilverSneakers or similar insurance-sponsored programs. Other Members may pay à la carte or use a multi-class bundle.
*SilverSneakers indicates SilverSneakers and other insurance-backed programs as they are introduced. For example, Fit On in our Idaho and North Carolina communities. More information on our insurance programs is available at the bottom of this email.

Some anticipated questions and answers are included here:
IF I CURRENTLY HAVE A FITNESS SUBSCRIPTION, HOW DO I ENROLL IN A 2025 SUBSCRIPTION?
If you are already a fitness class pass subscriber in your community, you will be enrolled in the equivalent product from the new menu of options. So, if you are currently monthly, you will continue monthly. And if you are currently annual, you will be renewed on an annual. (For the few communities which previously offered a seasonal pass, you’ll be put into a monthly pass.)
To be clear, you are not required to enroll in a new pass. If your preference is to change from what you currently do, we are happy to assist. Please just contact your local team during December and they will make sure the correct arrangements are made.
IF I DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A FITNESS SUBSCRIPTION OR I NOW HAVE ACCESS TO AN INSURANCE-BACKED PROGRAM, HOW DO I ENROLL IN A 2025 SUBSCRIPTION?

ARE ALL CLUB OFFERINGS THE SAME?
Mostly, yes. However, some Clubs have unique situations that mean additional and/or slightly different options may be available. Please consult your local team for more information.
IS A SUBSCRIPTION OR PER CLASS FEE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TECHNOGYM-LED AND TECHNOGYM WELLNESS-ON-THE-GO CLASSES?
We are excited to let all Members know that all Technogym-led and Technogym Wellness-on-the-Go classes are complimentary. Technogym-led is at the Club, so you will need to register in advance on MTL. Technogym Wellness-on-the-Go is on your own schedule and facilitated by the app.
ARE TECHNOGYM-LED CLASSES REPLACING IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION?
Absolutely not. There may be times where we utilize the Technogym-led technology to avoid cancelling an in-person class (if an instructor is sick, for example), but the goal here is not to replace in-person instruction. The goal is to expand our offerings into more modalities, more times of the day, and more days of the week. Technogym-led classes are a supplement, not a replacement.
WHAT IS THE TECHNOGYM APP?
The Technogym app puts everything you need right at your fingertips when it comes to reaching your fitness goals, improving your sport performance, and staying in good health. Features include AI coaching, personalized workout plans, an on-demand workout library (“Wellness-on-the-Go”), sport-specific training programs, workout tracking and equipment login, guided meditations, and an array of wellness content via the Technogym magazine. The best version of the Technogym experience is unlocked when you use the Technogym app.

DO I NEED THE TECHNOGYM APP TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF THE NEW OFFERINGS?
If you would like the best possible experience, the answer is yes. This is particularly true of Checkup, Visio, and Technogym Wellness-on-the-Go. That said, the app is not required for the other aspects of the Technogym experience.
ARE THERE SILVERSNEAKERS* BENEFITS ON INDIVIDUAL CLASSES?
Yes and no. On the “yes” side, our Infinity-designed classes are complimentary for those enrolled in SilverSneakers and other insurance-backed programs with whom we partner. On the “no” side, the preferred pricing offered to those on an insurance-backed program are available only as part of the subscription options, monthly or annual.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY INSURANCE PARTICIPATION WITH THE CLUB?
If you are part of SilverSneakers – or Renew Active, Fit On, or others as they are added – you will need to register with your Club via our online enrollment form. Many of you have already done so as part of the initial rollout of SilverSneakers, and in that case, you do not need to register again with us. But if you have not previously registered, you will need to do so in conjunction with your subscription selection.
ARE THERE CHANGES FROM PREVIOUS YEARS?
As our communities have evolved, so have our offerings. In the case of the fitness classes, we adapted our model to be universal across Trilogy communities to more easily allow us to incorporate the highly popular benefits of the SilverSneakers-esque insurance-sponsored offerings. Via those programs, many of our Members can save considerably on classes. For most communities, the changes are minimal, with most Members paying less than they have before for subscriptions (particularly when factoring in the expanding insurance-backed benefits).
2025 Insurance-Backed Programs Update
As we have communicated a few times along the way, our intent has been to pilot test with SilverSneakers (the broadest provider in the space) and then add more providers as quickly as we can work through agreements. Here is an update on that progress:
FitOn
For now, FitOn is available at our communities in Idaho and North Carolina with the same benefits structure as the SilverSneakers partnership. This means complimentary access to “Infinity” classes and a reduced price for the monthly or annual subscriptions. FitOn is mostly a regional provider, but as applicable, we expect to roll out these benefits across the network in 2025.
Renew Active
Renew Active is the second largest provider behind SilverSneakers, and it has been a priority for us through the fall. The discussions have been progressing, and we believe that we will be prepared to implement Renew Active across the network starting January of 2025.
Because we don’t know exactly when all the details will be completed, our plan is to follow the same plan we did with SilverSneakers last fall. If you are enrolled in a monthly pass when the Renew Active partnership launches, your benefits will begin as soon as the agreement begins (including a retroactive credit, if necessary). The same idea will be in place for the annual subscriptions, which will also receive a retroactive credit, if necessary/applicable. |
