Dear Members,

As we do each fall, we’re excited to receive your feedback during our Member Satisfaction Survey, available until November 12th. This survey is a vital tool for us to celebrate our successes and identify areas for improvement. Our goal is to consistently be great for you and your feedback is essential in guiding our efforts.

This year, we’re proud of several accomplishments, including enhancements to our food & beverage operations, the addition of a new hair salon, updated spa treatment rooms, a refreshed Events Center, and a well-stocked Sports Shop. Plus, our lifestyle and fitness calendars are busier than ever, reflecting our commitment to bringing excitement to the Club and community.

Looking ahead, I’m thrilled to announce that in 2025, we will be making our largest investment yet in our team and services. This includes updates to our locker rooms and several critical “heart-of-house” capital projects that, while not always in the spotlight, are essential for delivering the best experience possible.


Over the last few years, we have noticed a decline in the number of completed surveys from our Members, which has had an impact on our workflow. Your feedback not only helps us improve our services, but also ensures that we continue to provide the best possible experience for all Members. In an effort to bring awareness to the survey, we are hosting Member Appreciation events and multiple raffles to encourage participation. We have set a goal of 1,000 participants and will be encouraging our team to promote the survey in all areas of the Club. Here is how we are planning to achieve our goal:

Raffles 

We will be offering two types of raffles, one will be daily (starting October 31st) at 10:15am, and one will be at our closing breakfast on November 9th at 8:00am. Click here for more information!

Raffle tickets can be earned via the following:

  • Attendance to all five Member Appreciation events
  • Taking the survey on-site at the Club during events or in the Survey Booths in the Grand Living Room
  • Texting an anonymous screenshot of your completed survey to our Club Texting Hotline via 425.380.5178. Click here for a tutorial on how to do so!

Prizes:

  • Daily prizes include gifts cards for wine at Bodega, as well as dessert and appetizers at Palma Kitchen + Tap
  • Grand prizes include three large gift baskets from Alvea Spa, three items from the Sports Shop, gift card packages for four to future concerts, a private wine tasting with Sommelier Cornelius, a private dinner with Chef Seer, high-end wine and spirits, $100 gift cards to Palma Kitchen + Tap, and more!

Please note that upon winning, you will no longer be eligible for future raffles.

Team Member Involvement

Our team members will be encouraging participation by sharing the survey QR code with you on their business cards. Please scan the card to complete your survey, then drop off the card at the Concierge Desk to enter that Team Member into a raffle. Members can enter no more than three different team member cards per day.


I encourage you to take this opportunity to share both what you love about the Club and any areas you think could use some improvement. Your feedback is invaluable to us and we take it seriously.
