*Wine Enthusiast “Holiday Bonus Days” Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This promotion is available for purchases made at Wine Enthusiast between October 28, 2024, 12:00 AM ET and November 9, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Customers who spend $99 or more (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) in a single transaction will qualify to receive a $50 Wine Enthusiast gift card.
2. Qualified Purchases: Only purchases made at Wine Enthusiast qualify. The $99 threshold excludes taxes, shipping, and discounts. Past purchases are excluded. Only one qualifying purchase per account is allowed.
3. Notification: Customers who qualify will be notified via email within 2 business days of their qualifying purchase. Returned items that bring the qualified purchase total below $99 will disqualify the order from this promotion.
4. Gift Card Issuance: $50 gift cards will be sent via email on December 17, 2024, and will be valid for use at Wine Enthusiast only from December 17, 2024, 12:00 AM ET until December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET.
5. Gift Card Terms: The gift card is only redeemable at Wine Enthusiast and cannot be used toward past purchases or exchanged for cash. The gift card is non-transferable.
6. Other Restrictions: Wine Enthusiast reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. Any fraudulent or attempted fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from this promotion.
