Time to celebrate a year of big wins

Dear Peter,
We have so much on the horizon. So many threatened forests to protect and restore, so many young people to connect with the joy of nature.

Yet it’s still important—and oh so satisfying—to take stock of everything we have already accomplished together.

With this in mind, we present our newly redesigned Annual Report 2023-24: Reimagining Redwood Forests for the Benefit of All. It showcases an entire year of hard-won achievements—all made possible with your generosity and support.

We invite you to take a moment and remind yourself of these shared victories, which include safeguarding a young redwood forest along the scenic Russian River; restoring wildfire resilience to imperiled sequoia groves in the Sierra Nevada; joining with our partners to announce a groundbreaking vision for an Indigenous-owned gateway to Redwood National Park; and many more.
Interactive maps and videos bring projects such as the Montgomery Woods Initiative to life.
Thank you for the crucial role your support played in these accomplishments. We are so grateful for your commitment to California’s spectacular redwoods—the ecosystems they anchor, the wildlife they shelter, the communities they welcome, the lives they change.

It takes a village to save the redwoods. Thank you for being part of our village.
