New Cheaper Shipping Options

Hey, Chile Fans!
Cooler temps are bittersweet. We might love the cool mornings, but we know that means the end of the 2024 Chile Season is fast approaching!

On the bright side, because of the cooler temps we are seeing, we can now ship Fresh Hatch Chile via 2-Day Air instead of requiring Overnight. This means BIG SAVINGS on shipping for fans of our Fresh Hatch Chile!

Go ahead and place that order today as we never know when the season will end… All it takes is a single cold night and everything will turn red on us, ending fresh chile season.

A Special Note for Florida Chile Fanatics!
Due to the approaching storm, we are delaying shipping for all Florida orders for fresh and frozen items until next week. This will keep chile from sitting in transit and spoiling. We appreciate your understanding and hope all our chile-heads make it through the storm safe and sound. You are in our thoughts and prayers!

We wanted to remind you how different orders ship. Because we have a variety of items, we have a variety of shipping methods. Shipping times are from the day the order ships, not the day the order is placed.

Fresh Chile:
Fresh Chile ships on Wednesdays, based on availability and the weather. If we are unable to ship on Wednesday, we do our best to ship on Thursday.

Frozen Items:
Frozen items ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Some orders placed on Tuesday may ship on Wednesday, depending on the time in transit. We try to ship so that your order arrives before the weekend.

Non-Perishables:
These orders ship daily, but it may take a couple of days before your order is ready to ship.
