We Are Expanding!

Hello from Hearing Associates of Northern Virginia!We are pleased to announce that we are growing. This summer, we added a new Patient Care Coordinator, Brandon, and a new audiologist to our staff, Dr. Kayla Prechtel! More people means we need more space, so we also expanded our office space in McLean to include Suite 120 as usual, and also Suite 220. You will still always check in at Suite 120 for appointments, but may be seen upstairs in our “penthouse.”

A little about our new staff members:

Brandon joins us from the hospitality industry, which explains why he works so hard to offer white-glove service to our patients and their families. Although he grew up in this area, he most recently lived in New York City, before returning to Virginia.

Dr. Prechtel joined Hearing Associates in July of 2024. She received her bachelors of science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The College of Saint Rose, and her doctorate in audiology from University at Buffalo. Dr. Prechtel completed her audiology residency in Macon, Georgia. Her clinical interests include diagnostics and treatment of hearing loss for adults and pediatrics, cochlear implants, and Deaf culture. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, listening to podcasts, and being outdoors.
