Dear family and friends I am here to ask for your help…. The stress between the lack of money and the relentless dropping off here of orphaned kittens and moms with babies has put us in a serious position of danger. Can you imagine if we don’t have the means to care for all these creatures? Not even our matching gift is bringing in the money we need.
We all are very concerned about the elections, but these babies still must eat, be cleaned, go to the Vet, be medicated…. Many of the kittens have URI, need eye cleaning and ointment or they will become blind! They need antibiotics twice a day, many must be bottle fed, it is the last thing I do before going to bed after 2 AM! And the first thing our great people do every day at 7 AM then they need to be fed throughout the day and they sure remind us that they are hungry!!!!
We are all exhausted! We strongly feel our responsibilities… I take out of my $1,640 SS $1000 every month and pay bills for Goathouse…. But we, still have $8,000 to pay to our wonderful Veterinarians, that help as much as they can… (Jordan Lake Veterinary Hospital, 919 542 5424 in case you can help us with that bill…) Please, help out!!!!! Even just a little bit!
I, like all of you, hope that our “leaders” will have the good sense of not putting our Nation through a civil war…. But we are not the only inhabitant to this Earth, We Humans must learn humility and good sense…
