While summer and 4th of July celebrations bring fun for families and pets, it also results in more lost pets than other times of the year. Help your community keep their pets from going missing by sharing the Lost Pet Prevention Toolkit assets.

The toolkit includes NEW assets to share on social media like our “Fireworks Fiasco” video, the second animation in our My Ruff Day campaign which shines a spotlight on how Petco Love Lost — the largest national lost and found pet database and only one using photo-matching technology — helps reunite lost pets with families.

Fireworks Fiasco features dogs, Poppy and Otto, escaping their yard in fear of loud fireworks and tells the story of their journey of being reunited with pet parent, Javier, thanks to Petco Love Lost. Actress Christina Applegate lends her voice as Poppy, while Otto is voiced by actor Mark Consuelos.
