The New England Region of the SCCA returns to Lime Rock Park for their annual race weekend! With everything from Miatas to Formula racers on track, this Saturday promises to be full of wheel-to-wheel action.

This year, 2024, also marks the 75th anniversary of the New England Region of the Sports Car Club of America. The NER connection goes with Lime Rock Park goes back to the first race ever held at the track in April 1957.

An impressive lineup of drivers and cars have been confirmed for the first IROC event in more than 20 years. Scheduled for July 19-20 at Lime Rock Park, the IROC event will enhance an already exciting SpeedTour All-Star Race weekend.

Featuring both an on-track racing exhibition and static display, the event will reunite original IROC competitors with cars raced in the legendary series.

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the racing debut of Lime Rock Park’s “favorite son” Sam Posey. Sam’s first race was in a Volkswagen-powered Formula Vee at Lime Rock in the summer of 1964.
