This small bottling showcases the most expressive barrel lots of the vintage, with 43% aged in new French oak to add subtle complexity. The Chardonnay retains its natural acidity and aromatic freshness by not undergoing malolactic fermentation. Grown in the cool Carneros appellation, the wine exhibits crisp fruit flavors and bright acidity.

Fresh scents of crisp green-fruited notes abound while subtle hints of tart components complement the bouquet with Golden Delicious apples and a zesty essence of lemons.
