Are you ready to play without limits? Join us for a four-week bootcamp to improve your sport!

Move Better, Play Better is a program designed to help you improve your game. Whether it’s golf, tennis, or pickleball, you will learn proper movement mechanics to give you strength, agility, endurance, and injury prevention. This instructor-led program will take you through exercises and workouts utilizing foam rollers, free weights, bands, and the GolfForever Swing Trainer to optimize performance. The GolfForever Swing Trainer is the most effective golf training tool ever created. It’s the safest, most direct route to gain fluidity and speed in your swing, increase your energy, and play the best game of your life. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or experienced athlete, this training program will help you achieve your goals and improve your game.

Details: 

  • Date: June 3rd-28th (four-week series)
  • Day/Time: Mondays and Fridays at 11:30am
  • Cost: $180 for two days a week (eight sessions total)

Space is limited, so please make sure to register on MTL! We will require a minimum of five participants to hold this bootcamp.

Please note you only need to register for the first instanceof this series on June 3rd. 


Meet Your Trainer, Alex! 

My name is Alex Martinez and I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. I received my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. I am certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have experience in physical therapy/rehabilitation, sports performance, general strength and conditioning, and extending ones functional years.

My family consists of my wife and dog. In my spare time I like hiking, fishing, watching sports, playing football, pickleball, going to breweries and going on cruises.

Whether you are a beginner in the gym or have years of training under your belt, I am confident that I can help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Let me be a part of your journey this year by training with me. I am looking forward to being involved in this great community and can’t wait to meet you all!
