We start today with the latest crime news, as a man was arrested on Sunday in Maricopa after allegedly crashing into a ditch. According to the report, the driver seemed impaired due to a strong alcohol odor on his breath and the smell of marijuana from his clothes.

In Casa Grande, the CG LINK on-demand bus service will begin charging customers on June 3 after the City Council unanimously approved the implementation of a fare schedule. Read more about the new fares coming to the bus service.

Plus, two pending developments in Florence would bring new housing and commercial areasnear the intersection of Hunt Highway and Attaway Road. The Town Council heard first readings and held public hearings on the rezonings on Monday and will vote at a future meeting.
