One Step At A Time

Sometimes in life things can feel overwhelming for me, and the way I deal with that is just by doing one thing at a time. I’ve done this my whole life. When I was an athlete playing Rugby League in Australia, pre-season training could be quite brutal. Very hard to confront, to be honest. My dad gave me the advice of just focusing on the one rep, the one sprint that we are doing. Can you confront one sprint? Yes, I can. So that’s all I would focus on, that one sprint we were doing at that moment.
