Cars and Coffee Darien 2004 Season Announcement

We have a bunch of announcements

We know – it’s barely 2024 – but we’re willing to bet you’re already dreaming about warmer weather, taking your ride out of the garage, and going to the first event of the year.

So are we, and we have some news to share.

Regency Centers, the nice folks who own Goodwives Shopping Center, have given us the green light for our 2024 season. Just like last year, events will be from 7 am to 10:30 am on the 2nd Sunday of every month, but this year, we’re starting 2 months earlier and ending 1 month later for a total of 8 events. Here is the schedule:

Season Opener – Sunday, April 14th
Sunday, May 12th
Sunday June 9th
Sunday, July 14th
Sunday, August 11th
Sunday, September 8th
Sunday, October 13th
Season Closer – Sunday, November 10th

VIP Parking for all dates is on sale now for the pre-season price of $10. (Prices will go up to $15 on April 1st.)  Get your tickets here.

But wait. There’s more.

Last year was fun, but this year we want to kick things up a notch, so in addition to a longer schedule, we’re making some changes to the events themselves.

Judging – This year, you can opt to have your car judged at each event, and if you do, you might win a trophy.

Themed Events – We’ll also be doing some theme events by geography (English, German, Italian and Japanese) and American cars by marque (Chrysler, Ford, and GM). We’ll also have a special day for Hot Rods, Rat Rods and Customs.

Season Passes – Last season, several people suggested that we do a Season Pass for frequent attendees, and we thought, why not? With a pre-season price of $60, our Exhibitor Season Pass is a great deal if you’re planning on attending more than 6 events through the course of the year. If you purchase yours before the price goes up to $75 on April 1st, we’ll even mail the pass and lanyard to you so you have it for Opening Day. Click here and use coupon code GBRHUDR3 to get your discount!

50/50 Raffles – At every event, we’ll be doing 50/50 raffles. And in keeping with the location’s connection to the Cannonball, all raffle proceeds will be donated to Brock Yate’s Fund for Alzheimer’s Research.

Swag – Also based on your requests, we’re going to have a table set up where you can buy some Cars and Coffee Darien merch. Baseball hats, men’s short and long sleeve t-shirts, ladies v-necks and tanks, hoodies, coffee mugs, water bottles and chairs. You can check out all of the Cars and Coffee Darien merch in the store.

April is right around the corner.

See you soon!

Eric, Mike, Charles and Chase
