Trump’s team had appealed the order from Judge Tanya Chutkan, which barred him from speaking publically about special counsel Jack Smith.
The court refined the scope of the order, barring Trump from saying anything “with the intent to materially interfere with, or to cause others to materially interfere with the course of the case.” It did, however, remove Smith from the list of protected court staff.
Trump has vowed to appeal the decision.
Michigan Teen Gets Life In Prison
Michigan school shooter Ethan Crumbley has been sentenced to life in prison for his mass shooting in Oxford, MI, in 2021.
He was 15 when he walked into Oxford High School and killed four students, and now he’s been given a life sentence—usually reserved for adults.
Crumbley addressed the court before his sentencing and said: “I am a really bad person. I have done some terrible things. I have lied and I’m not trustworthy. I hurt many people.”
His parents are facing four counts of involuntary manslaughter for buying the gun for their son.
