As a mother, nothing is more heartbreaking than seeing your children suffer. Since the war began, my seven children have endured more than any child should. We’ve fled our home, witnessed horrors, and now, one of our kids, our amazing boy, Elisha*, has fallen gravely ill and is now battling a severe condition.
Since the war, my husband, a dedicated teacher, and I, a kindergarten teacher, have been unable to work. Elisha’s treatment has drained our savings, and now debt is mounting. We haven’t been able to pay rent for months, and now, after just reclaiming our home, we’re on the verge of losing it again.
I’m reaching out for your help. Your support can help us keep our home during these turbulent times. So we can focus on giving our kids the stability they need. So we can give Elisha the support he needs right now.
Thank you so much for your generosity, and may Hashem repay you that your children should bring you generations upon generations of yiddishe nachas!
