Kyrsten Sinema
Dear Peter,
This week marks two years since the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act – landmark legislation I wrote, negotiated, and led through Congress – became law.
I’m incredibly proud of how our law delivers lasting solutions to Arizona that benefit communities in every corner of our state and help Arizonans build better lives for themselves and their families.

My bipartisan infrastructure law delivers so much more than pipes and pavement.
- It ensures the opportunity for Arizonans to connect with their loved ones, for small businesses to fuel economic opportunities online, and for students to achieve their American Dreams.
- It delivers improved water systems, clean drinking water, and stronger water security to fuel a strong, resilient water future so Arizona farmers, tribal and rural communities, and families can thrive now and into the future.
- It secures historic investments in roads and bridges across our state – enhanced passenger safety, road reliability, and economic opportunities for Arizona families.
- It ensures safer, healthier Arizona communities thanks to historic wildfire mitigation measures to prevent fires and boost recovery efforts.
- It delivers modernized ports of entry so that Arizonans on the frontlines of the border crisis have the tools they need to keep Arizona border communities safe and secure.
- It delivers critical infrastructure and security programs in Tribal communities across Arizona that create jobs and expand economic opportunity while respecting tribal sovereignty.
My bipartisan infrastructure law provides lasting solutions that make a meaningful impact on the lives of Arizonans. Our law’s passage shows real results are possible when elected leaders set aside differences, shut out the noise, and focus on fixing challenges and getting things done for the folks we’re honored to serve.
Arizona – this is just the beginning. There’s still more to come.
You can count on me to keep bringing folks together, focusing on what matters, and delivering lasting solutions for our state that will stand the test of time.
Sincerely,
Kyrsten Sinema
