Small businesses are the backbone of Arizona’s economy, and we’re especially proud to be home to so many incredible small, women, minority, veteran, and native-owned businesses.  
 
October is Women’s Small Business Month, and in Arizona, we have no shortage of inspiring women entrepreneurs and business owners. I recently had the opportunity to bring local women small business owners together to discuss the economic opportunities and challenges they face.

Hearing from Arizonans inspires my work in the Senate. I’ll continue to partner with the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and others to deliver for small businesses so they can keep serving our communities, creating strong careers, and fueling our local economy for generations to come.
