The popular Maricopa restaurant Roots Eatery will soon have a new place for residents to eat on days when the restaurant is typically closed. A new food truck, operated by Roots Eatery owner Chris Spear, will have a soft opening tonight at 5 p.m. and will act as an extension of the restaurant. Click here for more details.
