Hatch Green Chile Sloppy Joes

Hello, Hatch Chile Fam!

These grown-up sloppy joes bring back the memories of childhood with a little spice! Hatch Green Chile makes everything better – even a childhood favorite! I think this would be yummy served on a baked potato!

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound of ground beef
1 small green bell pepper, core and stem removed, chopped fine
salt and pepper
1 (15 oz) can of sloppy joe sauce
1 cup Hatch Green Chile, Roasted Hatch Green Chile, or Hatch Green Chile Roast
4–6 hamburger buns, insides spread lightly with butter and toasted
