We discovered my son had a milk protein allergy when he was a couple months old, and these bars were a go-to for me, since he nurses. Having a newborn is enough work; add in an elimination diet for a fussy baby and it was super helpful to have food I could easily grab in a pinch. The flavors feel like a treat without being overly sweet, and the matcha and coconut are fun alternatives to the traditional bar flavors. It was also nice to know I was getting some needed protein in. I am buying them again!
