Good morning RJ,
Santa Cruz Valley Union seniors were committed to not let the bad weather rain on their parade last night. Despite a big storm, the Dust Devils adapted and still had a wonderful graduation ceremony to send off graduating seniors. Check out all of the photos from the ceremony in this gallery.
Graduation season is just getting started! More Pinal County seniors will walk across the stage next week, like Imagine Prep Zion Lyle Banes Tecson, who will represent his class as the valedictorian. Tecson credited his effort as the driving force in becoming the top academic student of his graduating class over the last four years.
Lastly, another county valedictorian says her passion for art is one of her favorite activities. Along with being a member of the National Honor Society and International Baccalaureate Club, Florence High School senior Shamina Makowski is a talented artist and hopes to continue her hobby when she attends the University of Arizona in the fall. |
