It’s that time again!…for my rant. There is an age old theory that if you are thinking about selling your home that you should meet with 3 Realtors. Let me ask you this–if all 3 are complete idiots and know nothing about real estate and you don’t like them at all, does that mean you should just hire 1 because? NO! The quantity of Realtors you meet with is irrelevant to making a decision.
So, what is my rant? It is simply, you meet with who you want to meet. And when you find someone you trust and feel is competent and will do the job they say they will, you go with them, even if that is after having met “only” 1 Realtor. I am not afraid of competition. I welcome it. But we can’t replace time. If you find someone you trust, just go with them. And if you are thinking about selling your home in Phoenix, the easiest thing to do is just call me 😉
