Open Round: HealthTech Company / Open Round

Welby Health (March 2022 InvestU Finalist) has secured a lead investor for a $1.5M seed round and is seeking the last $150K to close the round. Since pitching to InvestU last year, the company has enrolled over 700 patients and 30 clinics, hired a team of eight, and has $500K in booked ARR.

Terms of this round:

• $6M post-money valuation
• Investment Minimum: $50K
• Closing in 2-4 weeks

Recent News

We are excited to welcome two companies into the InvestU portfolio:

• NanoDropper (Oct. 2022 Pitch Event) received $50,000 in funding from InvestU. The company has raised $925K and have another $625K soft circled to complete the round.
• Mindset Medical (Nov. 2022 Pitch Event) received $450,000 in funding from InvestU to close out their bridge round. The company is already making progress towards a Series A round this Spring.

On February 3^rd we hosted the Thunderbird Startup Showcase in downtown Phoenix. This was our largest event yet, with ~70 in-person attendees and 100+ attendees on Zoom. Four of the eight presenting companies received significant investment interest from attendees:

• Neovida Wellness, Consumer Supplements, Phoenix
• SpectraGrow, Ag Tech, Colorado
• StructureBot, Construction Tech, Colorado
• WattAnyWhere, Clean Tech, Europe
