Good morning RJ,
At the Whitlow Rodeo just outside of Florence, an estimated 5,000 people came out for the Bluegrass Roundup event to have a good time and take in some good music. As the sun began to fall on the night, guests also had the chance to watch hot air balloons light up the sky.
Speaking of music, a local band is proving that age is just a number. The Robson Ranch-based band The Girls Next Door bring an enthusiastic stage presence to their renditions of songs like the Rolling Stones’ “Satisfaction.” The retirees continue to share their love of music with others and hope to inspire people to follow their passion.
And, in the sports world, the Phoenix Suns shocked everyone late last night, making a blockbuster trade that brings Brooklyn Nets star player Kevin Durant to the valley. The Suns have immediately become favorites to bring an NBA Championship to Arizona. |
