Today we remember “The King” Hank Aaron on his 89th birthday.
Henry Louis Aaron proved not only to be one of the greatest baseball players of all-time on the field, but his post-athletic career is still making an impact on many in the Atlanta Braves community. Hank’s legacy of activist, philanthropist, business owner, and humanitarian inspire many opportunities for minorities to play baseball and occupy roles in the front office of major league baseball teams.
