Yuma Mayor Doug Nicholls is absolutely right – this type of bipartisan collaboration presents a “glimmer of hope” that we’ll be able to bridge partisan divides and finally deliver real results on an issue that matters to all Arizonans and Americans.

I’m looking forward to taking the information we learned back to Washington and continuing to work on my bipartisan proposal to secure the border, keep our communities safe, and ensure the fair and humane treatment of migrants.
