Introducing Shea Homes’ New General Manager

Dear Members,

It is my pleasure to announce that Drew Owens has accepted the role of General Manager for our Arizona east region communities: Trilogy at Verde River and Encanterra, a Trilogy Resort Community.

Drew began his career with Shea Homes in 2014 as a Leadership Development Associate at Trilogy at The Polo Club, where he completed rotations in various roles including time as a Field Manager, Community Representative, and Community Development Manager.

Drew has been our Sales Manager at The Polo Club for the last seven years, leading the way to what is now a thriving Trilogy community in the Coachella Valley.

Prior to that, Drew was a manager for Lumber Liquidators for seven years where he opened up multiple store locations in California and Nevada, including their first satellite store on the west coast and building a profitable business from the initial month of operation.

After growing up in Huntington Beach, California, Drew went on to the University of Arizona where he met his wife, Kelli, and received his Bachelor of Science in Regional Development. A few years later, he went back to school and earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Drew began his new role on January 9th and will spend time in both Arizona and California during the transition of his duties, and we look forward to having him full time in Arizona by mid-February.
