Thankfully, a ban on the sale of puppy mill dogs, cats, and rabbits in pet stores has passed the New York State legislature by a wide margin. Now it’s on Governor Hochul to sign the bill into law.

We’re so close to shutting down a key part of the puppy mill pipeline, but every minute these bills go unsigned is another moment a mother dog suffers in horrifying puppy mill conditions.
