Business isn’t the only thing that’s booming in Maricopa. New housing is starting to soar again in the community. This time it’s new multifamily housing that’s starting to pop up. The city’s planning and zoning commission approved a permit for the new Villas at Stonegate after requesting several amendments to the developer’s original plans.
Also, certain areas of Pinal County get more attention than others because of their rapid population or industrial growth. But there are other, smaller, areas of the county that need just as much, if not more, attention. Pinal County Supervisor Stephen Miller and his administrator Mike Cruz organized a community clean-up in the town of Randolph last weekend as part of their outreach to the smaller, unincorporated areas of the county that need help.
